ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K06289_9F3 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CXCL8 (Cat. PP-530) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CXCL8 monoclonal antibody (KT215) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT215 and K06289_9F3 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CXCL8 .
