ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT212 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CXCL8 (Cat. PP-530) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CXCL8 monoclonal antibody (KT213) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT213 and KT212 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CXCL8 .
