ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K52001_12G8 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. intact KNG1, cleaved KNG1 and KNG1 light chain were used as the antigens. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human KNG1 monoclonal antibody (K52001_3B4) which epitope is likely located within the D6 domain was used as the detection antibody. Result: K52001_12G8 and K52001_3B4 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of intact KNG1 and cleaved KNG1.
ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K52001_12G8 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Human serum was serially diluted with indicated folds. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human KNG1 monoclonal antibody (K1E004_13A8) which epitope is likely located within the D4 domain was used as the detection antibody. TMB was used as the substrate. Result: K52001_12G8 and K1E004_13A8 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of intact KNG1.
