ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K29030_7D8 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Intact KNG1, cleaved KNG1 and KNG1 light chain were used as the antigens. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human KNG1 monoclonal antibody (K52001_12G8) which epitope is likely located within the D5 domain was used as the detection antibody. Result: K29030_7D8 and K52001_12G8 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of intact KNG1 and cleaved KNG1.
