ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K52001_6E6 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Human serum was serially diluted with indicated folds. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human KNG1 monoclonal antibody (K1E004_1H1) which epitope is likely located within the D4 domain was used as the detection antibody. TMB was used as the substrate. Result: K52001_6E6 and K1E004_1H1 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of intact KNG1.
