ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K1E004_1E3 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Intact KNG1 and cleaved KNG1 were used as the antigens. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human KNG1 monoclonal antibody (K1E004_12D9) which epitope is likely located within the D6 domain was used as the detection antibody. TMB was used as the substrate. Result: K1E004_1E3 and K1E004_12D9 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of KNG1.
