ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K52001_8B3 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Intact KNG1, cleaved KNG1 and KNG1 light chain were used as the antigens. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human KNG1 monoclonal antibody (K29030_4A7) which epitope is likely located within the D1-D3 domain was used as the detection antibody. TMB was used as the substrate. Result: K52001_8B3 and K29030_4A7 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of intact KNG1 and cleaved KNG1.
ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K52001_8B3 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Human serum was serially diluted with indicated folds. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human KNG1 monoclonal antibody (K52001_12G8) which epitope is likely located within the D5 domain was used as the detection antibody. TMB was used as the substrate. Result: K52001_8B3 and K52001_12G8 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of total KNG1.
