ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K52001_10D8 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Human serum was serially diluted with indicated folds. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human KNG1 monoclonal antibody (K52001_12D9) which epitope is likely located within the D6 domain was used as the detection antibody. TMB was used as the substrate. Result: K52001_10D8 and K52001_12D9 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of total KNG1.
