ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K06303_11C11 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. TNF (Cat. PQ-342) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human TNF monoclonal antibody (K06288_1B2) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K06303_11C11 and K06288_1B2 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of TNF .
