ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K06288_1B2 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. TNF (Cat. PQ-342) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human TNF monoclonal antibody (K03008_3A9) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K03008_3A9 and K06288_1B2 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of TNF .
