Cross reactivity test: Microtiter wells were coated with various human cytokines. K16225_7A7 was used as primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Result: K16225_7A7 does not cross-react with human IL1B, IL4, IL5, IL6, IL7, CXCL8, IL9, IL10, IL11, IL12, IL13, IL17A, CSF2, IFNA, IFNG, CCL2, KITLG and TNF.
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL-2 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K16225_7A7 at 1 ug/mL was used as primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as secondary antibody. IL-2 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K16225_7A7 can detect recombinant human IL-2 by Western blotting.
