ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K16225_2H10 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL2 (Cat. PP-323) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL2 monoclonal antibody (K16225_9A12) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K16225_9A12 and K16225_2H10 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL2 .
