ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K16225_2H10 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL2 (Cat. PP-323) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL2 monoclonal antibody (K16225_3G1) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K16225_3G1 and K16225_2H10 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL2 .
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL-2 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K16225_3G1 at 1 ug/mL was used as primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as secondary antibody. IL-2 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K16225_3G1 can detect IL-2 by Western blotting.
