Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL-2 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K16225_7E7 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL-2 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K16225_7E7 can detect human IL-2 by Western blotting.
