ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K70014_13C11 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-42 of human beta amyloid was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human beta amyloid 1-42 monoclonal antibody (K70013_6H1) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K70014_13C11 and K70013_6H1 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of human beta amyloid 1-42.
