ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K70013_6H1 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. APP (Cat. PE-001) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human APP monoclonal antibody (K92011_13F10) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K92011_13F10 and K70013_6H1 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of APP .
