ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K70013_5G5 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. APP (Cat. PE-001) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human APP monoclonal antibody (K70013_6H1) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K70013_6H1 and K70013_5G5 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of APP .
