ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K92011_13F10 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Human beta amyloid 1-42 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti- human beta amyloid 1-42 monoclonal antibody (K70013_6H1) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K92011_13F10 and K70013_6H1 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of human beta amyloid 1-42.
