ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K70013_5A2 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. APP (Cat. PE-001) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human APP monoclonal antibody (K70013_6H1) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K70013_6H1 and K70013_5A2 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of APP .
ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K70013_6H1 at 2 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Synthesized APP peptide 1-40 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human APP monoclonal antibody (K70013_8C12) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K70013_6H1 and K70013_8C12 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of APP.
