Cross reactivity test: Microtiter wells were coated with K70013_5A2 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-40 of human beta amyloid and synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-42 of human beta amyloid were used as the antigen. K70013_6H1 was used as the detection antibody. Result: K70013_6H1 and K70013_5A2 antibody pair does not cross-react with human beta amyloid 1-42.
Cross reactivity test: Microtiter wells were coated with K92011_16F4 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-40 of human beta amyloid and synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-42 of human beta amyloid were used as the antigen. K70013_6H1 was used as the detection antibody. Result: K70013_6H1 and K92011_16F4 antibody pair does not cross-react with human beta amyloid 1-40.
ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K70013_5A2 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. APP (Cat. PE-001) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human APP monoclonal antibody (K70013_6H1) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K70013_6H1 and K70013_5A2 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of APP .
