ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K40031_12F6 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Phosphorylated MAPT (Cat. PC-002) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human MAPT monoclonal antibody (K29014_11D2) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K40031_12F6 and K29014_11D2 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of phosphorylated MAPT.
