Western Blot: 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. RC-3059 with a dilution ratio of 1:750 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary antibody. MAPT band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: RC-3059 can detect MAPT by Western blotting.
