Cross reactivity test: Microtiter wells were coated with recombinant Tau protein or phosphorylated Tau protein. K06300_14A7 was used as primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Result: K06300_14A7 can detect Tau proteins regardless of phosphorylation.
ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K06300_14A7 at 4 ug/mL as the capture antibody. MAPT was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human MAPT monoclonal antibody (KT233) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K06300_14A7 and KT233 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of MAPT.
