ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K16227_13E6 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. MAPT (Cat. PC-006) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human MAPT monoclonal antibody (KT233) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT233 and K16227_13E6 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of MAPT .
