Cross reactivity test: Microtiter wells were coated with various peptides and recombinant proteins. KAA338_14F7 was used as primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Result: KAA338_14F7 does not cross-react with phosphorylated Tau, Tau and T217.
ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA338_14F7 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Human Tau (phospho T217) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti- human Tau monoclonal antibody (KT233) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KAA338_14F7 and KT233 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of human Tau (phospho T217).
