ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT233 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. MAPT (Cat. PC-006) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human MAPT monoclonal antibody (K16227_1C11) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K16227_1C11 and KT233 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of MAPT .
