ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K16227_1C11 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. MAPT (Cat. PC-006) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human MAPT monoclonal antibody (KT232) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT232 and K16227_1C11 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of MAPT .
