ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT48 at 5 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Human IgG was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IgG monoclonal antibody (KT47) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT48 and KT47 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of human IgG.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of human tonsil tissue by anti-human IgG antibody (KT48). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue.
