ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT46 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IGHG1 (Cat. KC-001) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IGHG1 monoclonal antibody (K16105_1D5) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K16105_1D5 and KT46 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IGHG1 .
Western Blot: 100 ng of reduced human IgG1 antibody was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K16105_1D5 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IGHG1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K16105_1D5 can detect human IGHG1 by Western blotting.
