Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto PVDF membrane. KT13 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Human IgA band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 100 ng of human IgA Lane 2: 100 ng of human IgM Lane 3: 100 ng of human IgG Lane 4: 100 ng of human IgE Result: KT13 can detect human IgA by Western blotting.
