Cross reactivity test: Microtiter wells were coated with human immunoglobulins with various isotypes. K06302_22C5 was used as primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as secondary antibody. Result: K06302_22C5 does not cross-react with human IgG1, IgG3, IgG4, IgA, IgM and IgE.
ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K06306_22C5 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IGHG2 (Cat. KC-002) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IGHG2 monoclonal antibody (K06302_19F4) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K06306_22C5 and K06302_19F4 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IGHG2 .
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis in human tonsil tissue by anti-human IgG2 antibody (K06306_22C5). IHC-P was performed using sections of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue.
