ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K06221_3E11 at 1 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Mouse lambda was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated rat anti-mouse lambda monoclonal antibody (K11101_10B12) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K11101_10B12 and K06221_3E11 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of mouse lambda.
