ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT97 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Recommbinant Rat IgG2a Protein (Cat. KC-485) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated Anti-Rat IgG2a Antibody (KT150) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT150 and KT97 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of Rat IgG2a .
Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto PVDF membrane. KT150 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Rat IgG1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 100 ng of Rat IgG1 Lane 2: 100 ng of Rat IgG2a Lane 3: 100 ng of Rat IgG2b Lane 4: 100 ng of Rat IgG2c Lane 5: 100 ng of Rat IgM Result: KT150 can detect rat IgG1 by Western blotting.
