ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT97 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Recommbinant Rat IgG2a Protein (Cat. KC-485) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated Anti-Rat IgG2a Antibody (KT150) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT97 and KT150 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of Rat IgG2a .
