ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT96 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Recommbinant Rat IgG1 Protein (Cat. KC-188) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated Anti-Rat IgG1 Antibody (KT149) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT149 and KT96 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of Rat IgG1 .
Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto PVDF membrane. KT149 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Rat IgG1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 100 ng of rat IgG1 antibody Lane 2: 100 ng of rat IgG2a antibody Lane 3: 100 ng of rat IgG2b antibody Lane 4: 100 ng of rat IgG2c antibody Lane 5: 100 ng of rat IgM antibody Result: KT149 can specifically detect rat IgG1 antibody by Western blotting.
