Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT102 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody. Rat Ig Kappa light chain band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 0.5 ug of rat IgG lysate Lane 2: 0.5 ug of mouse IgG lysate Lane 3: 0.5 ug of rabbit IgG lysate Lane 4: 0.5 ug of IgG lysate Result: KT102 can detect Rat Ig Kappa light chain by Western blotting.
