Cross reactivity test: Microtiter wells were coated with human immunoglobulins with various isotypes. KT40 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Result: KT40 does not cross-react with human IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4, IgM and IgE.
ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT41 at 5.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IGHA1/IGHA2 (Cat. KC-006) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IGHA1/IGHA2 monoclonal antibody (KT40) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT40 and KT41 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IGHA1/IGHA2 .
