Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT100 at 1.00 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody. Rat Ig Kappa light chain band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 100 ng of mouse IgG1 Kappa Lane 2: 100 ng of mouse Lambda Lane 3: 100 ng of rat IgG2c Kappa Lane 4: 100 ng of rat IgG2a Lambda Result: KT100 can detect Rat Ig Kappa light chain by Western blotting.
