ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT46 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Recommbinant Human IgG1 Protein (Cat. KC-001) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated Anti-Human IgG1 Antibody (KAA199_6A2) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KAA199_6A2 and KT46 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IGHG1 .
