Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT98 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody. Rat IgG2b band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 100 ng of rat IgG1 Kappa Lane 2: 100 ng of rat IgG2a Kappa Lane 3: 100 ng of rat IgG2b Kappa Lane 4: 100 ng of rat IgG2c Kappa Lane 5: 100 ng of rat IgA Lane 6: 100 ng of rat IgM Lane 7: 100 ng of rat IgG2a Lambda Lane 8: 100 ng of mouse IgG1 Lane 9: 100 ng of mouse IgG2a Lane 10: 100 ng of mouse IgG2b Lane 11: 100 ng of mouse IgG3 Lane 12: 100 ng of mouse IgA Lane 13: 100 ng of mouse IgM Result: KT98 can detect Rat IgG2b by Western blotting.
