ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT46 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IGHG1 (Cat. KC-001) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IGHG1 monoclonal antibody (KT47) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT46 and KT47 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IGHG1 .
