ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT138 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IGHG2 (Cat. KC-002) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IGHG2 monoclonal antibody (K06306_22C5) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K06306_22C5 and KT138 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IGHG2 .
