Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT99 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Rat IgG2c band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 100 ng of Rat IgG1 Lane 2: 100 ng of Rat IgG2a Lane 3: 100 ng of Rat IgG2b Lane 4: 100 ng of Rat IgG2c Lane 5: 100 ng of Rat IgM Result: KT99 can detect Rat IgG2c by Western blotting.
