Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OH-328 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Rat IgG band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 100 ng of rat IgG1 Lane 2: 100 ng of rat IgG2a Lane 3: 100 ng of rat IgG2b Lane 4: 100 ng of rat IgG2b Lane 5: 100 ng of rat IgA Lane 6: 100 ng of rat IgM Lane 7: 100 ng of rat IgG2a lambda Lane 8: 100 ng of mouse IgG1 Lane 9: 100 ng of mouse IgG2a Lane 10: 100 ng of mouse IgG2b Lane 11: 100 ng of mouse IgG3 Lane 12: 100 ng of mouse IgA Lane 13: 100 ng of mouse IgM Lane 14: 100 ng of mouse IgG Result: OH-328 can detect Rat IgG by Western blotting.
