ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT96 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Recommbinant Rat IgG1 Protein (Cat. KC-188) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated Anti-Rat IgG1 Antibody (KT149) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT149 and KT96 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of Rat IgG1 .
Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT149 at 1.00 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody. Rat IgG1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 300 ng of rat IgG1 Lane 2: 300 ng of rat IgG2a Lane 3: 300 ng of rat IgG2b Lane 4: 300 ng of rat IgG2c Lane 5: 300 ng of rat IgA Lane 6: 300 ng of rat IgM Lane 7: 300 ng of mouse IgG2a Lane 8: 300 ng of mouse IgG2b Lane 9: 300 ng of mouse IgA Lane 10: 300 ng of mouse IgGM Lane 11: 300 ng of mouse IgG1 Lane 12: 300 ng of mouse IgG3 Result: KT149 can detect Rat IgG1 by Western blotting.
