Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of human tonsil tissue by anti-human IgG antibody (K03018_3F3). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue.
Western Blot: 100 ng of recombinant human IgG was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K03018_3F3 at 5 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rat IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Human IgG band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K03018_3F3 can detect human IgG by Western blotting.
